Jarron Smith

Jarron joined Marshfield in September 2024, bringing to the firm a performance-driven track record in the financial sector. He has senior-level management experience in areas ranging from venture capital to management consulting, from risk management to finance, and from business development to communications. He was previously a Managing Director at TIAA and, more recently, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Zeal Capital Partners.
Jarron credits his parents with creating extraordinary opportunities for him starting from a very young age. Today, that desire to create opportunities for others is at the center of his leadership philosophy. Jarron’s management style is grounded in opening doors and creating an environment in which his colleagues have the inspiration and resources with which to elevate their unique abilities and enhance their performance. At its core, collaboration is the thread that weaves through Jarron’s personal and professional experience.
Outside the office, Jarron serves on the National Advisory Council of A Better Chance, an organization that has placed over 18,000 students from underrepresented communities in 200 top college preparatory schools across the US. Before garnering his extensive experience in the financial sector, Jarron played outfield for The University of Pennsylvania and was an NCAA Division 1 Baseball, All-Ivy Selection, and he recently joined the team’s Board of Directors. Jarron also has a passion for one of the greatest of collaborative arts — live jazz. When he attends a performance, as he frequently does, he admits doing everything in his power to get as close to the stage as possible, displaying a true Marshfield competitive spirit.
Vincent Pasqualicchio
Vince is the Investments Chief Operations and Technology Officer for American Family Insurance.
Vince has responsibilities for Trade Operations (trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, cash management, custody), Investment Risk Management, Performance and Attribution, Compliance, Information Technology, Data Management and Reporting. Vince’s also has responsibility for the Investment department strategic goals, budget, program management, market data and vendor management.
Prior to American Family Vince worked for Cutter Associates as a Senior Consultant. He worked with Insurance and Global Investment Management firms to develop strategies, select system solutions, improve business processes and lead system implementations for Cutter Associates which provides the investment management industry with specialized benchmarking, consulting and research services. Prior to Cutter Associates Vince worked at Metlife as a VP of Investment Technology and Operations and supported the Investments Global Operations.
Chris Chung
Chris is a high performing finance professional with a passion for the alternative investing industry with over 25 years’ experience impacting positive organizational outcomes through strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, business management and ability to understand the ecosystems.
Rochelle Levy
Rochelle Levy serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Wealth Management at City National Bank, where she safeguards a complex business model with a robust compliance framework. An attorney with expertise in forensic accounting, Rochelle is skilled at deploying scalable compliance programmes that meet the demands of today’s dynamic investment management landscape.
She brings extensive experience from top financial institutions, where she developed a data-driven approach that strengthens board reporting and enhances due diligence. Her deep knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act of 1940, alongside FINRA rules, has been instrumental in building effective control testing and surveillance mechanisms.
Jess Baker
Jess joined the firm in 2019 from Bloomberg, where she helped lead their Fixed Income Data Governance framework. While there, her primary responsibility was to modernize their quality assurance program to obtain golden copy reference data.
Jess earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College and Master of Finance degree from Drexel University. She is a CDMP accredited data management professional and holds certificates in Real Estate Data Governance (OSCRE International), Advanced Data Analytics (General Assembly) and Project Management (Rutgers University).
Andrew Cinquina
Andrew Cinquina serves as the Head of Compliance Technology at Point72 since February 2023. Previously, Andrew held multiple leadership roles at UBS from June 2010 to April 2022, including Executive Director and Global Head of Core Electronic Trading Technology, where responsibilities included connecting various equity and derivatives businesses to markets across North America. Prior experience also includes roles such as Executive Vice President at SunGard BRASS and Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and Management with International Business and a BS in Information Systems and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as an educational background from Fordham Preparatory School.
Fred Shaw
With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Fred has built a strong track record as a COO and CCO, implementing innovative and effective risk management and RIA/BD regulatory compliance strategies across the full spectrum of public and private markets asset classes. Recognised as a strategic problem solver, Fred is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, improving performance, and leading global teams and projects while upholding the highest regulatory standards. Passionate about embracing new ideas and technologies, Fred is particularly focused on blockchain and digital asset innovation, leveraging these tools to create a more seamless and effective experience for both investors and managers.
Raman Tallamraju
Raman brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, having held leadership roles in engineering and architecture at premier global investment firms including Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton, Capital Group, and T. Rowe Price. His areas of expertise span digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud migration, data and analytics, large-scale change initiatives, and investment front office and distribution technologies across retail, intermediary, retirement, wealth, and institutional channels.
He currently leads the Enterprise Data Architecture practice at Vanguard.
Raman holds graduate degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston and in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Outside of work, Raman is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking for friends and family. He also loves traveling, is an avid reader, car enthusiast, and sports fan—particularly of Formula 1 and cricket—and enjoys hiking. Raman lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife, Crystal, and their two children: Sophia, a rising sophomore at Wellesley College, and Noah, a fifth grader.
